Sunrise/Sunset Important to Outdoor Enthusiasts
Copyright © by Bill Scifres

The times of sunrise and sunset are important to outdoor enthusiasts for numerous reasons, the most important being legality when some species of game birds and animals are the targets of hunters.

One of the best kept secrets of determining sunrise/sunset times in Indiana--the world for that matter--is the U.S. Naval Observatory which computes sunrise/sunset times for 22,000 cities and towns of the United States. For this data go to:

http://aa.usno.navy.mil

You must specify date and the name of town or city for which you seek this data. But you get data for only the specified date and location.
